Kyle wanted to make me a Taylor ham (pork roll), egg & cheese breakfast sandwich. Apparently it’s popular in the North and one of his breakfast favorites. I had never even heard of it! I wasn’t going to turn down anyone making me breakfast.

Look how perfect he cooked the egg! I love when it’s slightly runny.I was shocked at how good this was. I wasn’t shocked because Kyle made it, but shocked because something called “taylor ham” tasted good. I’ve definitely been missing out! Taylor ham (if you haven’t had it) tastes like ham & bacon combined. That almost sounds silly to say considering it comes from the same animal…but you get it.
